Información de requisitos de proveedores

Por el presente documento se le informa de que IBERCONTROL, tiene implantado un sistema de gestión de calidad según la norma UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015. A través del siguiente comunicado queremos informar y difundir nuestra política e informarle de las siguientes cuestiones:

 En referencia a los requisitos de nuestro sistema de calidad, se somete a todos los proveedores a un proceso de selección/homologación, seguimiento y reevaluación, por lo que cualquier incidencia que su organización comenta será tenida en consideración y tratada según corresponda.

 Para la homologación de un nuevo proveedor se tienen en cuenta los siguientes aspectos:

• Calidad/ precio

• Recomendación

 Todos los proveedores serán sometidos a un continuo seguimiento de los servicios que ofrece y registrado cualquier incidencia que se dé durante la prestación del mismos (Ej. Retraso de pedidos, errores de pedido, rotura de materiales, etc. )

 Anualmente se realizará una reevaluación anual de los proveedores homologados.

Para ello se tendrán en cuenta los siguientes criterios:

• Desempeño de la actividad

• Nº de incidencias cometidas a lo largo del año

• Resolución de incidencias

• Comportamiento general

Si tiene cualquier duda al respecto, póngase en contacto con el departamento de calidad de IBERCONTROL. En caso contrario entendemos que comprende y acepta estos términos
